中医瘿病病因病机理论框架结构研究

Research on Framework of TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis Theory of Ying Disease

依据中医经典和医家著作及现代进展与成果,深入研究和具体阐明瘿病的中医病因、病机理论框架,总结其内在发展规律。瘿病的病因可概括为情志所伤;饮食不当、水土失宜;体质差异、劳倦所伤。病机为肝郁气滞;肺脾气结、炼津生痰;血瘀入络,初步形成了对瘿病病因、病机理论认识的基本框架。

Based on the classical and writings of Chinese medicine and the progress and achievements of modern medicine,the author elaborates the TCM etiology and pathogenesis theory of Ying disease,and summarizes its inherent development law.The cause can be summarized as sentimental injury,improper diet,physical differences and labor injury. The pathogenesis is liver Qi stagnation,lung and spleen Qi stagnation,refining body fluid into phlegm,blood stasis in the collaterals,initially forming the basic framework of understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of Ying bing.
