冠心舒通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动脉粥样硬化患者血脂及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Guanxin Shutong Capsule Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium on Blood Lipid and Hypersensitive C Reactive Protein in Patients with Carotid Atherosclerosis

目的：通过对颈动脉粥样硬化患者血脂及超敏C反应蛋白水平的观测,探讨冠心舒通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法：选取96例确诊为颈动脉粥样斑块形成患者并随机分为对照组（阿托伐他汀钙治疗） 48例,观察组（阿托伐他汀钙联合冠心舒通胶囊治疗） 48例,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后2个月、治疗后6个月血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）、超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）水平,及颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）、颈动脉斑块面积、斑块数量变化,观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组患者用药6个月后,TC、TG、LDL、hs-CRP水平及颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）,斑块面积,斑块数量较对照组均明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0. 05）,且两组患者在治疗期间未见不良反应发生。结论：冠心舒通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙能改善患者血脂水平、减轻血管内皮损伤和炎症反应,达到治疗动脉硬化的目的。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerosis by observing the blood lipids and hypersensitive Creactive protein levels in patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods： Ninety-six patients with carotid artery plaque formation were randomly divided into control group（atorvastatin calcium treatment） 48 cases and observation group（atorvastatin calcium combined with Guanxin Shutong Capsule） 48 cases. We compared two group＇ TC,TG,HDL,LDL,hs-CRP and IMT,area and numbers of carotid atherosclerotic plaques before and 2 and 6 months after treatment and observed clinical curative effects of two groups. Results： The observation group＇ s TC,TG,LDL,hs-CRP level and IMT,area and numbers of carotid atherosclerotic plaques of patients after 6 months were significantly improved compared with those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. During treatment,there was no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium can improve the blood lipid level,reduce the vascular endothelial injury and inflammatory reaction,and achieve the purpose of treating atherosclerosis.
