穴位埋线治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Catgut Embedding for Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的：观察穴位埋线治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组给予铝碳酸镁片＋枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服治疗,3次/d,连服6周。观察组给予穴位埋线治疗,第1周选穴脾俞、日月、中脘;第2周选穴胃俞、胆俞、足三里、上脘,两组穴位交替使用,每周治疗1次。以6周为1疗程。观察2组治疗前后的中医临床症状积分,并评定两组疗效。结果：（1）观察组与对照组均能改善患者的主要症状、次要症状和症状总评分,观察组在次要症状、症状总评分方面优于对照组（P 〈0. 05）;（2）观察组总有效率为93. 33%,优于对照组的83. 33%（P 〈0. 05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效确切,优于单纯口服西药。

Objective： To observe the effect of catgut embedding for bile reflux gastritis. Methods： Sixty patients of bile reflux gastritis were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each one. In the control group,western medicine was prescribed for oral administration,three times a day. In the observation group,simple catgut embedding was used in each week. Acupoints Pishu（BL20）,Riyue（GB24） and Zhonngwan（RN12） were considered as the first group. Acupoints Weishu（BL21）,Danshu（BL19）,Zusanli（ST36） and Shangwan（RN13） were considered as the second group. Both groups＇ acupoints traded off once a week. The treatment of six weeks was one session. Clinical symptoms and efficacy were evaluated at the end of the treatment. Results：（1）Both groups could improve the primary symptoms,second symptoms and total symptoms of bile reflux gastritis. The improvement in the second symptoms and total symptoms of the observation group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.（2）The total effective rate was 93. 33% in the observation group,better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Catgut embedding achieves the definite efficacy on bile reflux gastritis,better than the oral administration.
