针灸对神经源性肌萎缩过氧化状态的影响

Effect of Acupuncture on Oxidative State of Neurogenic Muscular Atrophy

目的：通过动物实验观察针灸对神经源性肌萎缩的治疗作用。方法：双重结扎大鼠坐骨神经复制神经源性肌萎缩动物模型,针灸环跳、阳陵泉、后三里等穴位,观察腓肠肌湿重（脏器指数）及病理改变,检测血浆丙二醛、羟自由基、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶含量。结果：双重结扎大鼠坐骨神经可复制神经源性肌萎缩动物模型,针灸环跳、阳陵泉、后三里等穴位可减轻萎缩肌组织的病理改变,增加萎缩肌组织的湿重和脏器指数,改善过氧化状态。结论：针灸可治疗双重结扎大鼠坐骨神经引起的神经源性肌萎缩,改善其过氧化状态。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on neurogenic muscular atrophy through animal experiment. Methods： Double ligation of sciatic nerve replicated neurogenic muscular atrophy model. Acupuncture at Huantiao（GB30）,Yanglingquan（GB34）,Housanli and other acupuncture points were used to observe the wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle（organ index） and pathological changes,contents of malondialdehyde,hydroxyl radical,superoxide dismutase and catalase in plasma were detected. Results： The sciatic nerve ligation rats can copy neurogenic muscular atrophy model. Acupuncture at Huantiao（GB30）,Yanglingquan（GB34）,Housanli and other acupuncture points can reduce the pathological change of muscle atrophy,increase the wet weight and organ index of the atrophy muscle tissue,and improve the oxidation state. Conclusion： Acupuncture can be used for the treatment of neurogenic muscle atrophy induced by double ligation of sciatic nerve.
