摘要
[目的]草铵膦合成新工艺研究。[方法]以(3-乙酰氧基-3-氰基)丙基甲基次膦酸异丁酯为初始原料,经氨化得到(3-氨基-3-氰基)丙基甲基次膦酸异丁酯,再经酸解、提纯制得含量为97%草铵膦原药。[结果]草铵膦的收率可达75%。[结论]合成草铵膦的新工艺具有操作简单、收率高的优点,同时副产盐仅为氯化铵,方便回收利用,减少了三废排放。
[Aims] A new synthetic method for glufosinate was studied. [Methods] Using 1-cyano-3-(isobutoxy(methyl)phosphoryl)propyl acetate as starting material, isobutyl(3-amino-3-cyanopropyl)(methyl)phosphinate was obtained by amination reaction and then subjected to acid hydrolysis and purification process to synthesis glufosinate 97% TC.[Results] The yield of glufosinate was up to 75%. [Conclusions] The new process has the advantages of simple operation, high yield, and the by-product salt is only ammonium chloride, which is convenient to recycle and reduce the discharge of three wastes.
