25%噻虫·咯·精甲种子处理悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Thiamethoxam·Fludioxonil·Metalaxyl-M25% FS by HPLC

摘要 [目的]建立一种高效液相色谱测定噻虫嗪·咯菌腈·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂(FS)的分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-水为流动相,使用ODS-C18反相柱,在220 nm的检测波长下,对噻虫·咯·精甲FS进行分析。以正己烷-乙醇为流动相,使用CHIRALPAK OD-H手性柱,在225 nm下对精甲霜灵中R-对映体的比例进行分析。[结果]噻虫嗪、咯菌腈和精甲霜灵的标准偏差分别为0.02、0、0,变异系数分别为0.09%、0%、0%,平均回收率分别为99.44%、99.57%、99.59%,线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9998、0.9991。[结论]该方法操作简便快速、准确度和精密度高、线性关系好,是噻虫·咯·精甲FS合适的分析方法。 [Aims] The high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M 25% flowable concentrates for seed coating(FS) was established. [Methods] The thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M was analyzed with ODS-C18 column and acetonitrile and with water as the mobile phase at 220 nm.The proportion of R-enantiomers in metalaxyl-M 25% FS was analyzed with CHIRALPAK OD-H chiral column at 225 nm and n-hexane and ethanol was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The standard deviations of thiamethxam, fludioxonic and metalaxyl-M were 0.02, 0 and 0, the coefficients of variation were 0.09, 0 and 0%, the recovery rates were 99.44,99.57 and 99.59%, the linear correlations coefficients were 0.9995, 0.9998 and 0.9991. [Conclusions] The method is a suitable analysis method with fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations for the analysis of thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M FS.
