高效液相色谱法测定5%除虫菊素水乳剂中有效成分含量

Determination of Active Ingredients in Pyrethrins 5% EW by HPLC

[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定除虫菊素的含量。[方法]试样用乙腈溶解,采用等度洗脱方法,以乙腈-水为流动相,同时对除虫菊素中的6种有效成分进行分离,外标法定量。[结果]测定除虫菊素的方法线性相关系数为0.9995,变异系数为1.7%,平均回收率为99.3%。[结论]该方法满足农药产品含量分析的要求,操作简便,检测成本低,分析时间短,有一定的实用性。

[Aims] A HPLC method was established for determination of active ingredients in pyrethrins 5% EW simultaneously. [Methods] The six kinds of active ingredients in sample were dissolved with acetonitrile and analyzed by HPLC using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase with gradient elution method. In addition, the quantificaation was calculated by external standard method. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the variation coefficent was 1.7% and the average recovery was 99.3% for pyrethrins. [Conclusions] The method has met the requirements of analysis of pesticide products, it is practical and easy to operate in short analysis time.
