标准融合是军民融合的重要技术基础,军民通用标准体系建设是标准融合有序开展的重要保障,企业军民通用标准体系对于标准融合建设和企业军民融合产业发展都有着重要意义。本文通过企业标准体系构建,深入分析军民共用标准需求,提出了军工院所开展军民通用标准体系建设的建议。

Standard integration is the main technological basis for military and civilian integration, while the construction of the standards system for military and civilian ensures the orderly development of standard integration. The general standards system for military and civilian enterprises is important for both the construction of standards integration and the industry development of enterprise integration. By establishing the enterprise standards system, this paper deeply analyzes the needs for general standards for military and civilian, and gives suggestions on how to construct the general military-civilian standards system for military institutes.
