熔模铸造刚玉粉面层浆料性能研究

摘要 以白刚玉粉为耐火材料,以硅溶胶为粘结剂,配制了不同粉液比的浆料,研究了不同粉液比白刚玉浆料的密度、粘度、涂挂性能、悬浮性。结果表明,浆料密度、粘度、滞留率和涂层厚度均随着粉液比的增加而增加,涂挂性和悬浮性与浆料粘度有关。结合本试验结果,当粉液比为(2.0~2.2)∶1时浆料的性能最好,适用于熔模铸造。 The primary slurry was prepared by mixing white corundum powder and silica sol binder.The slurries with different powder and binder ratio were evaluated by comparing the parameters:density,viscosity,paintability and suspensiability.The results show that the density,viscosity,retention rate,coating thickness and suspension percentage increase with increasing powder and binder ratio,the painting and suspension properties are related to slurry viscosity.The slurry with a proper powder and binder ratio with(2.0~2.2)∶1 presents the best properties and is suitable for investment casting.
