摘要
提出了一种结合数值模拟的齿轮原型快速成型技术,主要包括硅胶模具材料选择、浇注过程数值模拟、模具设计优化、模具制备和齿轮原型铸造。选择硅胶模具时应充分考虑材料的性能,其决定了模具浇注系统的几何形状。采用该技术制备的齿轮原型在真实服役条件和齿轮箱中进行了性能测试,以确定是否需要修正齿轮设计。
A gear prototype rapid prototyping technology combined with numerical simulation was proposed.It mainly included selection of silicon mold materials,numerical simulation of casting process,mold design optimization,mold preparation and gear prototype casting.The properties of materials should be taken into account when choosing silicon mold,which determined the geometric shape of the mold casting system.The prototype gear produced by the technology is tested in real service conditions and gear box to determine whether the gear design needs to be modified.
