摘要
通过配置进口熔化炉、精细化管理型砂、改进模具铸造工艺设计,降低铸件的生产成本,迪砂垂直造型线实现了"低投入、高产出、低消耗、少排放、能循环"的绿色铸造。在满足铁液需求的条件下熔化工序少开炉台数,铸件的电力成本下降明显;通过对砂子的细化管理,产品的不良率下降20%左右;模具工艺的设计合理,铸件的内浇口残留低,不需要人工打磨,产品适应智能机械的加工。
The production cost of casting was reduced through the configuration of imported melting furnace,fine management of molding sand and improvement of mould casting process design.The vertical DISA moulding line realizes the green foundry of "low input,high output,low consumption,low emission and energy circulation".Under the condition of meeting the demand of ferrofluid,the number of operating stage is less in the melting process,and the electric cost of casting decreases obviously.Through the detailed management of sand,the defect rate of products decreased by about 20%.The design of mold process is reasonable,the water inlet of casting is low,no manual polishing,and the product is suitable for intelligent machine processing.
