管汇节流阀消失模铸造工艺设计

摘要 采用ProCAST软件对铸钢管汇节流阀铸件缩孔缩松缺陷进行预测,在此基础上优化工艺,采用侧边引入金属液的底注式浇注系统,并优化冒口位置。以数值模拟铸件缩孔缩松大小作为评价指标,确定了铸钢管汇节流阀最佳铸造工艺参数为:浇注温度1 640℃,负压度为0.05 MPa,模样密度为19 kg/m^3。采用优化方案与工艺参数,铸件缩孔缩松缺陷基本消除,产品合格率达到90%以上。 The shrinkage porosity of manifold throttle valve steel casting shrinkage cavity was predicted by ProCAST software.On the basis of the optimization process,the side entrance metal liquid bottom pouring system was adopted and the riser location was optimized.The size of shrinkage cavity and porosity of the castings with numerical simulation was used as the evaluation index.The manifold throttle valve cast steel optimum casting process parameters are confirmed:pouring temperature of 1 640 ℃,negative pressure of 0.05 MPa and the appearance density of 19 kg/m^3.With the optimization scheme and process parameters,the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defect of the casting is basically eliminated,and the qualified rate of the product is above 90%.
