压铸生产中外部因素对压铸件质量的影响

摘要 为保证压铸生产过程铸件质量的持续稳定,针对生产中容易忽略的一些因素进行分析并且采取相应措施,比如各个环节对冷却水的合理应用、压射时的阻力过大对铸件质量的影响,压铸三要素(压铸合金、压铸机、模具)中每个要素在生产过程中需要注意的细节等。结果表明,找到相对应的解决方法以及应对措施,从而规避这些问题对产品质量造成的不良影响。能更好的满足生产过程中对铸件质量的要求,保证生产过程稳定,从而提升产品的合格率,降低生产成本,提高企业竞争力。 To ensure the quality of casting die casting production process of continuous stability,for easy to overlook some of the factors in the production were analyzed and corresponding measures,such as each link the reasonable application of cooling water,injection when the resistance was too large impact on the quality of the casting,die casting three elements(die casting alloy,die-casting machine,mold) in each element in the process of production had to pay attention to details,etc.The results show that the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are found to avoid the adverse effects of these problems on product quality.It can better meet the requirements of casting quality in the production process and ensure the stability of the production process,so as to improve the product qualification rate,reduce production cost and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
