摘要 在热力学上利用固氮能力良好的熔渣来脱氮是可行的,但在工业中直接用于脱氮的炉渣尚未见报道,脱氮性熔渣可能用于防止钢液吸氮。本文归纳了熔渣氮容量和氮分配比的热力学,概括了温度和氧氮分压、不同成分和光学碱度对熔渣氮容量的影响规律,分析了氮溶解度的研究方法和目前实验中存在的问题。通过对脱氮性熔渣研究进展的总结,为深化熔渣脱氮理论、为低氮钢在工业生产中选择适宜的熔渣成分提供参考。 It is feasible to take slag for denitrification in thermodynamics,but the slag directly used for denitrification in industry has not been reported,and the denitrification slag may be used to prevent molten steel from absorbing nitrogen.The thermodynamics of nitrogen capacity and nitrogen partition ratio and the effects of temperature and partial pressure of oxygen and nitrogen,different components and optical alkalinity on nitrogen capacity of slag were summarized.The research methods of nitrogen solubility and the problems existing in the current experiments were analyzed.Through the summary of research progress on denitrification slag,it provides a reference for deepening the theory of slag denitrification and selecting suitable slag components for industrial production of low-nitrogen steel.
