为提升铸造企业的安全生产水平,预防安全事故的发生,从落实安全生产责任制出发,围绕新的安全生产法阐述了安全生产责任制的具体职责,从思想高度重视、制度有效约束、管理严格落实、检查认真执行这4方面,提出了贯彻落实安全生产责任制的具体措施,以此有效预防、控制、减少安全事故的发生。

In order to improve the level of production safety and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in foundry enterprises,the specific responsibilities of safety production responsibility system on the basis of implementing the safety production responsibility system was expounded.It was put forward the concrete measures of carrying out the safety production responsibility system from four aspects：attaching great importance to the idea,effectively restricting the system,strictly implementing the management,and earnestly implementing the inspection,so as to effectively prevent,control and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
