多层螺旋CT对复杂型先天性心脏病的临床诊断价值

Clinical Diagnostic Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Complex Congenital Heart Disease

目的分析多层螺旋CT对复杂型先天性心脏病的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2012年1月至2018年6月收治的复杂型先天性心脏病患者60例进行研究,均采取多层螺旋CT检查和彩色多普勒检查,与手术证实结果比较,观察多层螺旋CT诊断符合情况。结果手术证实,60例复杂型先天性心脏病患者中,心内畸形有24例,多层螺旋CT诊断符合率为79.17%,彩色多普勒诊断符合率为100.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);心外畸形有36例,多层螺旋CT诊断符合率为100.00%,彩色多普勒诊断符合率为63.89%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在复杂型先天性心脏病检查中,多层螺旋CT诊断心外畸形符合率极高,诊断心内畸形需结合超声心动图联合诊断,提高诊断正确率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease. Methods Sixty patients with complicated congenital heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT and color Doppler examination. Observe the multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis. Results Surgery confirmed that in 60 patients with complex congenital heart disease, there were 24 cases of intracardiac malformation, the coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 79.17%, and the coincidence rate of color Doppler diagnosis was 100.00%, the difference was significant（P0.05）. There were 36 cases of extracardiac malformation, the coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 100.00%, and the coincidence rate of color Doppler diagnosis was 63.89%, the difference was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion In complex congenital heart disease examination, multi-slice spiral CT is very high in the diagnosis of extracardiac malformation. Diagnosis of intracardiac malformation should be combined with echocardiography to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
