人性化护理理念在睡眠呼吸障碍患者行多导睡眠检测中的应用研究

Application of Humanized Nursing Concept in Polysleep Detection in Patients with Sleep Disordered Breathing

目的在睡眠诊疗中心除常规护理外融入人性化护理理念,进一步提高睡眠诊疗中心的护理质量。方法选择2018年1月至2018年8月我呼吸科睡眠诊疗中心检测的213例睡眠呼吸障碍的患者,随机分为研究组110例,对照组103例。两组患者在睡眠检测时给予常规护理,而研究组患者则在常规护理基础上给予全面的细致的人性化护理。对两组的检测效果、满意度进行比较。结果研究组检测结果成功率显著增高,高达98.18%,对照组85.44%(P<0.05),研究组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理理念在睡眠呼吸障碍患者行多导睡眠检测中的应用对提高睡眠诊疗中心护理水平具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To integrate humanized nursing concept in addition to routine nursing in sleep diagnosis and treatment center to further improve diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 213 patients with sleepdisordered breathing detected by our Respiratory Sleep Clinic from January 2018 to August 2018 were randomly divided into study group（n=110） and control group（n=103）. The two groups of patients received routine care during sleep testing, while the study group gave comprehensive and detailed humanized care based on routine care. The detection effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the study group was significantly higher, up to 98.18% and the control group was 85.44%（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing concept in pornographically in patients with sleep-disordered breathing has important clinical value in improving the nursing level of sleep clinics.
