Nursing Experience of Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy Patients in Perioperative Period

目的探索腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术的护理要点。方法总结54例腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术的护理经验,制定完善的手术前后护理流程、清单。结果 54例肾癌患者均手术成功,康复出院。结论通过患者的临床反应而进行具有针对性的术后护理干预方法,能有效降低并发症和有利于患者快速康复。

Objective To explore the nursing points of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cancer. Methods The nursing experience of 54 cases of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy was summarized, develop a complete list of pre-operative and post-operative care procedures and checklist. Results All the 54 patients with renal cancer were successfully operated and recovered. Conclusion The targeted postoperative nursing intervention through the clinical response of patients can effectively reduce complications and facilitate the rapid recovery of patients.
