Objective To observe the effect of TDP irradiation of combination of traditional Chinese medicine in knee osteoarthritis. Methods 40 patients with knee osteoarthritis up to the standard in training hospital from June 2017 to October 2017 were selected, which were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group each 20 cases, the conventional group using oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(Sailaixibu) and cartilage protective agent(glucosamine sulfate capsules), the experimental group needs to start the combination TDP treatment of traditional Chinese medicine based on the conventional group, every 4 weeks are a period, the experimental group and the conventional group will compare curative effect after 4 weeks. Results Different conclusions are got for the two groups, based on the research on joint pain, walking distance, daily activities, joint swelling and joint function, the results showed that the experimental group has the total effective rate was 95.0%; conventional group has the total effective rate was 85.0%; the experimental group's clinical effect is significantly better than that of the conventional group.
