孕妇的艾滋病毒感染率逐年上升,母婴传播与全世界艾滋病的发生有着深刻的联系。受到艾滋病毒感染的母亲,其所生下新生儿的体重有可能显著低于没有感染艾滋病毒的母亲的婴儿。感染HIV的新生儿可能存在各种器官严重损害的情况,并且大部分病情会变得严重。本文通过对HIV阳性早产儿的观察,总结了相关的临床护理经验。

The HIV infection rate of pregnant women has increased year by year, and mother-to-child transmission has a deep connection with the occurrence of AIDS worldwide. Mothers infected with HIV may give birth to infants with a significantly lower birth weight than those who do not have HIV-infected mothers. Newborns infected with HIV may have various serious damaged organs, most of which the conditions will become severe. This article summarizes the relevant clinical nursing experience through the observation of HIV-positive premature infants.
