自然分娩产后出血的临床治疗方法及效果研究

Clinical Treatment and Effect of Natural Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探究自然分娩产后出血的具体临床治疗方法和临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月本院妇产科接收的50例自然分娩产后出血产妇进行研究,均予以缩宫素、米索前列醇、子宫切除等常规处理,观察并分析其具体的临床治疗效果。结果 50例产妇均有效止血。治疗期间和治疗后均无严重不良反应发生,仅有2例产妇存在轻微胃肠道反应,经有效措施处理后已恢复正常。结论根据自然分娩产后出血产妇的具体临床表现采取针对性的药物治疗或手术治疗,可有效控制出血情况,降低产后出血风险,对自然分娩产妇产后快速恢复有着重要意义。

Objective To explore the specific clinical treatment and clinical treatment effects of postpartum hemorrhage in natural childbirth. Methods Fifty cases of natural delivery and postpartum hemorrhage received by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected. All patients were treated with oxytocin, misoprostol and hysterectomy. Observe and analyze its specific clinical therapeutic effect. Results Fifty cases of women were effective in stopping bleeding. No serious adverse reactions occurred during and after treatment. Only 2 cases of women had mild gastrointestinal reactions and returned to normal after treatment with effective measures. Conclusion According to the specific clinical manifestations of natural delivery and postpartum hemorrhage, targeted drug therapy or surgical treatment can effectively control the bleeding and reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage. It is of great significance for the rapid recovery of postpartum natural delivery.
