浅析治疗妇科内分泌失调的临床疗效

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Treatment of Gynecological Endocrine Disorders

目的探讨妇科内分泌失调的临床治疗方法以及治疗效果。方法将108例妇科内分泌失调患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。分别接受克罗米芬、人绝经期促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗及单纯克罗米芬治疗。对比治疗效果及治疗后激素各指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组显著更高,且经治疗后观察组FSH、LH、E2水平较对照组均更高,比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论联用克罗米芬、人绝经期促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,可有效改善内分泌失调患者临床症状,促进卵泡正常发育,临床实用价值较高,可推广。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and therapeutic effect of gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods One hundred and eight cases of gynecological endocrine disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. They were treated with clomiphene, human menopausal gonadotropin, human chorionic gonadotropin, and only clomiphene. Compare the therapeutic effect and the level of hormones after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, compared with P〈0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Combined with clomiphene, human menopausal gonadotropin and human chorionic gonadotropin therapy, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with endocrine disorders, promote the normal development of follicles, and has high clinical value and can be promoted.
