为复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者使用膝关节镜微创手术进行治疗的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨为复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者使用膝关节镜微创手术进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :将2017年1月至2018年9月期间夹江县中医医院收治的60例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用切开复位内固定术进行治疗。为观察组患者使用膝关节镜微创手术进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标和治疗的优良率。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者进行手术的时间、术后住院的时间均更短,其术后住院的成本更低,其治疗的优良率更高,P <0.05。结论 :为复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者使用膝关节镜微创手术进行治疗的效果显著,可有效提高其治疗的优良率。 objective: to explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive knee arthroscopic surgery on patients with complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods: a total of 60 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in jijiang county from January 2017 to September 2018 were studied. The 60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The patients in the control group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive knee arthroscopic surgery. Then, the clinical indicators and the excellent rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, compared with the control group, the duration of surgery and postoperative hospitalization were shorter in the observation group, the cost of postoperative hospitalization was lower, and the optimal rate of treatment was higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion: for patients with complex tibial plateau fracture, minimally invasive knee arthroscopic surgery is effective in the treatment, which can effectively improve the excellent rate of treatment.
