丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的效果研究

Effect of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray and Tongqiaobiyan Tablets for allergic rhinitis

目的 :探讨用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 :将2016年12月至2018年10月期间绵阳富临医院收治的70例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象。将这70例患者平均分为对照组与研究组。为两组患者均使用通窍鼻炎片进行治疗。在此基础上,为研究组患者加用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果及其不良反应的发生率。结果 :经过治疗,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者治疗的总有效率更高,P <0.05;在治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论 :用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的效果显著,且安全性高。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with tongqiaobiyan tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： 70 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the fulin hospital of mianyang from December 2016 to October 2018 were studied. The 70 patients were divided into a control group and a study group on average. Both groups were treated with tqbyp. On this basis, fluticasone propionate nasal spray was applied to the study group. Then, the therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： after treatment, compared with the control group, the total therapeutic efficiency of the study group was higher, P 〈 0.05. During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion： fluticasone propionate combined with tongqiaobiyan tablet is effective and safe in treating allergic rhinitis.
