对老年重症哮喘患者进行呼吸内科规范化治疗的效果分析

Effect of standardized treatment for senile patients with severe asthma

目的 :探讨对老年重症哮喘患者进行呼吸内科规范化治疗的效果。方法 :选取2017年1月至12月期间四川省富顺县东湖中心卫生院收治的86例老年重症哮喘患者作为研究对象。这些患者入院后,均对其进行呼吸内科规范化治疗。然后比较这些患者在治疗前后其各项通气功能的指标。结果 :与治疗前相比,治疗后,这些患者的呼气峰值流速、平均最大呼气流速均较快,其第一秒用力呼气量较大(P <0.05)。结论 :对老年重症哮喘患者进行呼吸内科规范化治疗的效果较为理想。

Objective： To explore the effect of standardized treatment in respiratory medicine for elderly patients with severe asthma. Methods： 86 elderly patients with severe asthma who were admitted to the health center of donghu center in fushun county, sichuan province from January to December, 2017 were selected as subjects. All of these patients were treated with standard respiratory medicine after admission. These patients were then compared with their ventilatory function before and after treatment. Results： compared with before treatment, the patients had faster peak expiratory flow rate and average maximum expiratory flow rate. Conclusion： the effect of standard treatment in respiratory department of elderly patients with severe asthma is ideal.
