摘要
目的:分析超声检查在诊断肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法:选取晋城大医院2015年9月至2017年9月收治的98例肠梗阻患者作为研究对象。对这98例患者均进行超声检查和X线检查。然后对比用这两种检查方法诊断肠梗阻的准确率。结果 :与采用X线检查相比,用超声检查诊断肠梗阻严重程度的准确率、诊断肠梗阻部位的准确率和诊断肠梗阻类型的准确率均更高,P <0.05。结论 :超声检查在诊断肠梗阻中的应用价值较高。
objective： to analyze the application value of ultrasonography in diagnosing ileus. Methods： a total of 98 cases of intestinal obstruction admitted by jincheng university hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as subjects. All the 98 patients were examined by ultrasound and X-ray. Then the accuracy rate of diagnosis of ileus was compared between the two methods. Results： compared with X-ray examination, the accuracy rate of ultrasonography in diagnosing the severity of ileus, diagnosing the location of ileus and diagnosing the type of ileus were higher, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： ultrasonography is valuable in diagnosing ileus.
