摘要 目的 :探讨对糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育的效果。方法 :选取江苏省南通市通州区第三人民医院内科一病区收治的98例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将这98例患者平均分为常规教育组和全程教育组。对常规教育组患者进行常规健康教育。对全程教育组患者进行全程健康教育。然后,比较两组患者FBG(空腹血糖)的水平、2h-PG(2h-PGC)的水平、糖尿病健康知识的评分及对治护的依从性。结果 :全程教育组患者FBG的水平及2h-PG的水平均低于常规教育组患者,其糖尿病健康知识的评分及其对治护的依从性均高于常规教育组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :对糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育的效果显著,可提高其对治护的依从性。 objective: to explore the effect of whole-course healthy education on diabetic patients. Methods: a total of 98 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the first department of medicine of the third people' s hospital of tongzhou district, nantong city, jiangsu province were selected as subjects. The 98 patients were divided into regular education group and full-course education group on average. Patients in the routine education group were treated with routine healthy education. Patients in education group were treated with full-course healthy education. Then, FBG (fasting blood glucose) level, 2h-pg (2h-pgc) level, diabetic health knowledge score and compliance to treatment and care were compared between the two groups. Results: FBG level and 2h-pg level of patients in education group were lower than those in education group, and their score of diabetes health knowledge and compliance to treatment and care were higher than those in education group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: education has significant effect on patients with diabetes and can improve their compliance to treatment and care.
