对脑梗死患者实施系统化护理的效果探究

Study on the effect of systematic nursing for patients with cerebral infarction

目的 :研究对脑梗死患者实施系统化护理的效果。方法 :选择射阳县中医院接诊的66例脑梗死患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将这66例患者分为XTH组和CG组,每组各33例患者。对CG组患者实施常规护理,对XTH组患者实施系统化护理。然后对比两组患者对护理的总满意率及接受护理前后其神经功能的评分和日常生活活动能力的评分。结果 :1)XTH组患者对护理的总满意率(93.94%)高于CG组患者对护理的总满意率(72.73%),P <0.05。2)接受护理前,两组患者神经功能的评分和日常生活活动能力的评分相比,P>0.05。接受护理后,XTH组患者神经功能的评分和日常生活活动能力的评分均高于CG组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对脑梗死患者实施系统化护理能够有效地提高其对护理的满意率,促进其肢体功能的恢复。

objective： to study the effect of systematic nursing for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 66 cases of cerebral infarction treated by sheyang county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as subjects. The 66 patients were divided into XTH group and CG group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. Routine nursing was performed for patients in CG group and systematic nursing was performed for patients in XTH group. Then, the total satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups was compared with their scores of neurological function and daily activities before and after nursing. Results： 1） the total satisfaction rate （93.94%） of patients in XTH group was higher than that of patients in CG group （72.73%）, P 〈 0.05.2） before nursing, the scores of neurological function and daily activity ability of patients in the two groups were compared, P 〉 0.05. After nursing care, the scores of neurological function and daily activity ability of patients in XTH group were higher than those in CG group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： systematic nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the satisfaction rate of nursing and promote the recovery of limb function.
