对接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者进行延续性护理的效果研讨

To discuss the effect of continuous nursing for patients receiving total hip replacement

目的 :探讨对接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者进行延续性护理的临床效果。方法 :选择2014年1月至2017年6月期间在苏州市吴中区甪直人民医院骨科接受人工全髋关节置换术的50例患者作为研究对象。将这50例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有25例患者。对两组患者均进行人工全髋关节置换术和常规护理。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行出院指导,对观察组患者进行延续性护理。然后,比较两组患者遵医行为的评分、Harris(人工全髋关节疗效量表)的评分、Barthel指数(日常生活活动能力)的评分及其对护理服务满意度的评分。结果 :接受护理后,观察组患者遵医行为的评分、Harris的评分、Barthel指数的评分及其对护理服务满意度的评分均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :对接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者进行延续性护理的临床效果较好,能够有效地促进其髋关节功能的恢复。

objective： to explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing for patients receiving total hip replacement. Methods： 50 patients who received total hip replacement in the orthopedics department of luzhi people＇ s hospital in wuzhong district, suzhou city from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected as subjects. The 50 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 25 patients in each group. Total hip arthroplasty and routine nursing were performed in both groups. On this basis, patients in the control group were given discharge guidance, and patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing. Then, the two groups were compared in terms of patient compliance, Harris, Barthel index, and satisfaction with care services. Results： after nursing care, the patients in the observation group had higher scores in medical compliance, Harris, Barthel index, and satisfaction with nursing services than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical effect of continuous nursing for the patients receiving total hip replacement is good, which can effectively promote the recovery of the function of the hip joint.
