Expression of AKR1C3 in different stages of prostate cancer

目的检测不同分期前列腺癌组织中AKR1C3的表达,分析AKR1C3表达水平与前列腺癌进展之间的关系。方法收集46例人前列腺良性增生及前列腺癌穿刺组织样本,免疫组织化学染色方法检测AKR1C3的表达,以Gleason评分分析AKR1C3表达平与前列腺癌进程的关系。结果在正常前列腺上皮、和良性前列腺增生组织内AKR1C3呈低表达,在前列腺癌组织内随着Gleason评分的升高,AKR1C3表达逐渐升高。结论 AKR1C3的表达水平与Gleason评分呈正相关性,提示AKR1C3可作为评价前列腺癌恶性程度的指标。

Objective To detect the expression of AKR1 C3 in different stages of prostate cancer and analyze the relationship between the expression of AKR1 C3 and the progression of prostate cancer.Methods 46 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer were collected.The expression of AKR1 C3 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The relationship between the expression of AKR1 C3 and the progression of prostate cancer directed by Gleason score was analyzed.Results The expressions of AKR1 C3 were low in normal prostate epithelium and benign prostatic hyperplasia.The expression of AKR1 C3 was increased in prostate cancer tissues with the increase of Gleason score.Conclusion The expression level of AKR1 C3 is positively correlated with Gleason score,suggesting that AKR1 C3 can be used as an index to evaluate the malignant degree of prostate cancer.
