硝苯地平对妊娠高血压患者脐动脉血流、围产结局及血小板指标的影响

Effects of Nifedipine on Umbilical Artery Blood Flow,Perinatal Outcome and Platelet Count in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的观察硝苯地平对妊娠高血压患者脐动脉血流及围产结局的影响。方法随机抽选于我院进行治疗的66例妊娠高血压患者,将其按照不同的治疗方法,平均分成两组,观察组和对照组(每组n=33)。对照组患者给予硫酸镁进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加以硝苯地平进行治疗,比较两组患者的脐动脉血流情况和围产结局。结果观察组患者各项血流动力学指标均优于对照组的对应值;观察组患者围产结局情况较对照组的优;观察组患者的各项血小板指标水平较对照组的改善明显;观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为90.90%,较对照组69.70%高(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠高血压患者加以硝苯地平进行治疗,治疗效果显著,不仅有效改善了孕产妇的围产结局,还改善其血流动力学指标及血小板指标,提高了患者的治疗效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of nifedipine on umbilical artery blood flow and perinatal outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Forty-six patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.Among them,the control group of patients given magnesium sulfate for treatment,observation group of patients on the basis of this to nifedipine for treatment,compared the two groups of patients with umbilical artery blood flow and perinatal outcome.Results The hemodynamics indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The perinatal outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The level of platelet index in the observation group was better than that in the control group Obviously,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.90%,which was 69.70%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of nifedipine in pregnant women with hypertension is not only effective in improving the perinatal outcome of pregnant women,but also improving the level of hemodynamics and platelet level,and improving the treatment of patients Efficiency.
