优质护理预防重度颅脑外伤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

The Value of Quality Nursing in Preventingdeep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities after Severe Craniocerebral Trauma

目的分析优质护理预防重度颅脑外伤术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的应用价值。方法对我院在2015年2月至2015年8月期间收治的34例重度颅脑外伤术后患者纳入研究对象设为对照组并给予术后常规DVT护理预防方法,同前将我院在2015年9月至2016年3月期间收治的34例重度颅脑外伤术后患者纳入研究对象设为观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理,分析两组患者护理防御前后对下肢DVT的临床效果。结果观察组患者下肢DVT率(5.88%)、明显低于对照组(23.53%)(P<0.05),护理预防治疗前,两组股静脉血流峰速及平均流速比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),经专业护理预防治疗后,观察组股静脉血流峰速及平均流速明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组护理预防满意度(97.06%)明显高于对照组(44.12%)(P<0.05),观察组重度颅脑外伤术后患者护理预防后血小板计数和活化部分凝血酶原时间值与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论优质护理可有效的预防重度颅脑外伤术后下肢DVT。

Objective To study the value of quality nursing in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis（DVT） in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods Thirty-four patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2015 were enrolled in the study group and were given routine DVT care prevention.From September 2015 to March 2016,34 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were included in the study group.The observation group was given DVT measures on the basis of the control group.The two groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Clinical Nursing Effect and Application Value of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities.Results The incidence of venous thrombosis（5.88%）,were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（23.53%）（P〈0.05）（P〈0.05）.The peak velocity and average velocity of femoral vein blood flow in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.（97.06%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（44.12%）（P〈0.05）.The levels of platelet count and activated partial thrombin time in the patients after severe craniocerebral injury were significantly higher than those in the control group Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality nursing can effectively prevent DVT.
