预见性护理在预防肺癌患者深静脉血栓形成中的作用

The Predictive Nursing in Prevention of deep vein Thrombosis in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的观察预见性护理在预防肺癌患者深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中的作用。方法随机选取患有一年病龄的60例肺癌患者作为本文研究对象,以我院为对象选取点,病患接受治疗的时间段在2014年2月至2015年9月之间。使用随机数表法将患者平均分配为对照组和实验组,前者给予常规护理,后者给予预见性护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、住院时间、术后血栓和血小板异常发生率。结果实验组患者的护理满意度为100.00%、住院时间为(18.25±3.57) d、术后血栓和血小板异常发生率均为为3.33%;对照组患者的护理满意度83.33%、住院时间为(26.43±3.48)d、术后血栓和血小板异常发生率分别为23.33%、20.00%。实验组患者的各项观察指标均优于对照组患者的相应指标(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够使患者的满意度上升,缩短了患者的住院时间,使患者术后血栓和血小板异常发生率明显降低,预防DVT的发生。

Objective To observe the predictive nursing in prevention of deep vein thrombosis（DVT）in patients with lung cancer.Methods Randomly selected patients with disease one year of age 60 cases of patients with lung cancer as the research object,this paper is an object with our selected points,patient treatment time in February 2014 to September 2015.Using random indicator method will be an average distribution of the control group and experimental group patients,the former given conventional care,which gives predictive nursing,compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care,length of hospital stay,postoperative incidence of thrombosis and platelet abnormalities.Results The experimental group patients satisfaction with nursing care was 100.00%,length of hospital stay was（18.25 ＋ 3.57） d,postoperative incidence of thrombosis and platelet abnormalities were 3.33%;Control group patients satisfaction with nursing 83.33%,length of hospital stay（26.43 ＋ 3.48） d,postoperative incidence of thrombosis and platelet abnormalities were 23.33%,20.00% respectively.Observation indicators of experimental group patients were better than control group in patients with corresponding indicators（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing can make patients satisfaction rise,promote the treatment and nursing measures of patients with health care providers,and shortens the time of hospitalization in patients with significantly lower incidence of postoperative patients with thrombosis and platelet abnormal,give full play to the role of the prevention of DVT.
