集束化干预措施对下肢深静脉血栓并发肺血栓栓塞症重症患者的凝血指标的影响被引量：3

摘要目的探究集束化干预措施对下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)并发肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)重症患者的凝血指标的影响作用。方法选取2016年2月至2017年5月在我院进行治疗的因下肢DVT并发PTE的患者146例,根据数字表法随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各73例。对照组采用常规临床护理,干预组在对照组的基础上采用集束化干预措施。对两组患者护理后3 d凝血指标以及变化进行比较,对两组患者护理后并发症进行比较与分析,对两组患者护理后生活质量及其护理满意度比较分析。结果干预组患者PLT水平正常水平; D-D上调和Fbg下调(P<0.05); PT和a PTT则显著延长(P<0.05)。护理后两组并发症干预组17.81%,显著低于对照组42.47%(P<0.05)。护理后干预组患者的生活质量情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化干预措施在下肢DVT并发PTE重症患者治疗中能有效改善患者凝血功能降低并发症的发生及提高生活质量。
