摘要
为了研究小尾寒羊与藏羊杂交后代生长性能之间的差异,试验选择小尾寒羊种公羊6只与藏羊母羊200只进行杂交(寒藏F1代),选择藏羊种公羊5只与藏羊母羊100只进行纯繁,对其后代生长性能进行测定。结果表明:寒藏F1代公、母羊平均初生重、周岁平均体重均极显著高于藏羊(P〈0. 01);寒藏F1代周岁公、母羊体高、体斜长、胸围均极显著高于藏羊(P〈0. 01)。说明小尾寒羊与藏羊杂交优势明显,能够显著提升生产性能,是当地生态高效养殖较为理想的杂交组合。
In order to explore the difference of growth performance of hybrid offsprings of Small Tailed Han sheep and Tibetan sheep, 6 male Small Tailed Han sheep and 200 female Tibetan sheep were chosen in this experiment for crossbreeding, and 5 male Tibetan sheep and 100 female Tibetan sheep were also chosen for pure breeding. Growth performance of those offsprings was determined. The results showed that mean birth weight and mean year weight in male or female F1 generation of Small Tailed Han sheep and Tibetan sheep, were significantly higher than those in offsprings of Tibetan sheep( P〈0. 01 ). Body height, body length and chest girth in male or female F1 generation of Small Tailed Han sheep and Tibetan sheep were significantly higher than those in offsprings of Tibetan sheep(P〈O. 01 ). The results suggested that the hybrid of Small Tailed Han sheep and Tibetan sheep has obvious advantages, can significantly improve production performance, and is an ideal hybrid combination for local ecological and efficient breeding.
