25种中草药对3种鱼源嗜水气单胞菌的抑杀效果比较 被引量:8

Bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects of 25 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines on three species of Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from fish

摘要 为了研究25种中草药对鲤鱼、青鱼和草鱼源嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)的体外抑菌效果,并筛选出具有较好抑菌作用的单味中草药,试验采用水提法提取中草药的有效成分,通过牛津杯打孔法和微量二倍稀释法分别测定了25种中草药对3种不同来源嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌圈直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:黄柏、丁香、艾叶等9种中草药对鲤鱼源嗜水气单胞菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径为10-22 mm,MIC为3. 2-12. 5 mg/mL,MBC为6. 3-25 mg/mL;赤芍、大青叶、茵陈等12种中草药对青鱼源嗜水气单胞菌有抑菌效果,抑菌圈直径为10-22 mm,MIC为3. 2-12. 5 mg/mL,MBC为6. 3-25 mg/mL;赤芍、丁香、黄柏等12种中草药对草鱼源嗜水气单胞菌有抑菌效果,抑菌圈直径为12-28 mm,MIC为3. 2-12. 5 mg/mL,MBC为6. 3-25 mg/mL。说明不同来源的嗜水气单胞菌对不同中草药的敏感性不同。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the bacteriostatic effect of 25 Chinese herbal medicines on Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from carp,black carp and grass carp,and to screen out the single Chinese herbal medicine with good bacteriostasis. The effective components of Chinese herbal medicine were extracted by water extraction method. The diameters of inhibition zone,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of 25 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines against 3 kinds of Aeromonas hydrophila from different sources were determined by Oxford cup punch and trace double dilution method. The results showed that the 9 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,such as cortex phellodendri,clove,argyi and so on,had bacteriostatic effect on Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from carp. The diameters of inhibition zone were 10-22 mm,MIC were 3. 2-12. 5 mg/mL,MBC were 6. 3-25 mg/mL,respectively. The 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,such as red paeonia,daqing,Chen and so on,had bacteriostatic effect on Aeromonas hydrophila from black carp. The diameter of bacteriostatic zone was 10-22 mm,MIC was 3. 2-12. 5 mg/mL,MBC was 6. 3-25 mg/mL. The 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,such as red paeonia,cloves,yellow cypress and so on,had bacteriostatic effect on Aeromonas hydrophila from grass carp. The diameter of inhibition zone was 12-28 mm,MIC was 3. 2-12. 5 mg/mL,MBC was 6. 3-25 mg/mL. The results indicated that the sensitivity of Aeromonas hydrophila from different sources to different Chinese herbal medicines was different.
