摘要
笔者建立了一种采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪同时检测蜂王浆中14种喹诺酮类药物残留量的方法。样品采用QuEchERs技术进行提取净化,UPLC-MS/MS法同时定性、定量测定蜂王浆中14种喹诺酮类药物残留。待测药物在0.01μg/mL~5.00μg/mL检测范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均在0.99以上;在1μg/kg、5μg/kg和10μg/kg 3个浓度水平上进行添加回收实验,平均回收率在70.8%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差为5.2~10.2,方法的检出限可以达到1μg/kg,满足各方检测需求。此方法检测时间较短、测量低限低、测量重现性高,适用于蜂王浆中14种喹诺酮类兽药残留的同时检测。
A method for the determination of 14 quinolones residues in Royal jelly by super high performance liquid chromatography series mass spectrometer was established. The sample was purified by QuechERS technology, and 14 quinolones in Royal jelly were quali- tatively and quantitatively determined by UPLC-MS/MS. For the drug had good relationship between 0.01μg/mL-5.0μg/mL and the correlation coefficient (r^2) was greater than 0.99. At the level of 1,5,10μg/kg 3 concentration level, the average recovery rate is between 70.8% and 103.2%, and the relative standard deviation was 5.2-10.2, and the detection limit of the method was 1μg/kg, meet the testing needs of all parties. This method is suitable for the detection of 14 kinds of quinolones residues in Royal jelly.
