摘要
《动物性食品卫生学》对于培养学生掌握动物及动物产品检验检疫技能方面起着很重要的作用,现有的教材编写者没有考虑到少数民族的饮食特点。笔者从少数民族实际情况出发,围绕教学内容,增加民族地区食品检验,删减忌讳食品的检验,整理教学资料。在理论、实践课堂教学过程中实施新的教学内容,研究分析教学效果,建立了适合少数民族地区学生学习的畜产品安全检验检疫教学培养方案。
Course of animal origin food hygiene is very important to students to master inspection and quarantine skills in animal and animal products. But the existing textbooks are mainly written by the Han nationality scholars, food habits in western minority areas are not considered.This study will considerate the actual situation in ethnic areas, and rewrite the teaching program by abridging taboo food inspection and increasing the inspection in ethnic food. Implemented the new teaching contents in the teaching process, then studied and analyzed the effect of teaching, at last established the development program in animal products safety inspection and quarantine for students in ethnic minority areas.
