摘要
"2018·中欧人权研讨会"于2018年6月28日在比利时布鲁日欧洲学院成功举办。本次研讨会由中国人权研究会和法国国际人权研究院共同主办,中国西南政法大学人权研究院和法国ADELIE语言与文化交流协会共同承办,法国斯特拉斯堡大学、比利时荷语布鲁塞尔自由大学、欧洲政治和战略交流研究所协办。来自中国和欧洲人权领域的60多位专家、学者,围绕"文明多样性与人权保障"的主题,针对"中国语境中的人权理念""《世界人权宣言》中的人权理念及其反思""多元世界中的人权理论与实践""文明多样性下的人权交流与对话""寻求多元文明的人权共识"等议题进行了讨论。研讨会在尊重多样性的前提下,努力寻求共识,以充分对话的形式增进了人权的跨文化交流,推进了中欧学界的相互理解。
Abstract： On June 28, 2018, ＂2018 · Europe-China Seminar on Human Rights＂ was held successfully at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. The seminar was co-hosted by China Society for Human Rights Studies and International Institute of Human Rights, and was organized by Human Rights Institute at Southwest University of Political Science and Law and French ADELIE Language and Culture Exchange Association. In addition, University of Stras- bourg, Vrije Universiteit Brussel and European Institute for Political and Strategic Communica- tion co-organized it. Over sixty experts and scholars in the field of human rights from China and Europe attended the seminar in search of the diversity of civilization and human rights protec- tion, focusing on ＂the philosophy of human rights in Chinese context＂, ＂the philosophy of human rights in UDHR and its reflection＂, ＂Human rights theory and practice in a pluralistic world＂, ＂human rights exchanges and dialogues under the diversity of civilization＂, ＂ in search of human rights consensus in diverse civilizations＂. In the context of respect for diversi- ty, the seminar has endeavored to seek consensus and promote cross-cultural exchanges of human rights, and to promote mutual understanding between China and the EU academia.
