The processing ability of current operating system and application software for minority languages with complex text is limited.This is a disadvantage for the exchange of information.This article discusses the Complex Text Layout Engine of the QT graphics library,gives a general procedure for the complex text displaying based on QT graphics library under the OpenType Font Library.It will help for designing operating system and application software supporting minority Language and can be used to guide to design the software supporting minority language.
