新时代全面从严治党视域下的广东公安队伍建设研究

On the Construction of Guangdong Police Force from the Perspective of Comprehensively and Strictly Administering the Party in the New Era

通过观察走访及问卷调查,广东各地公安机关高度重视队伍建设,在政治思想、纪律作风、执法水平、警务能力等方面的建设取得明显实效,为平安广东建设奠定了坚实的基础。但是,从新时代全面从严治党的视域看待队伍建设,仍然存在着不少问题。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的时期,我们必须深刻理解和把握新时代全面从严治党的内涵,根据新时代党的建设总要求加强公安队伍建设,切实铸造一支"对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明"的人民公安队伍。

Through observation visits and questionnaire surveys, we find that public security organs in Guangdong have attached great importance to team building, and have achieved remarkable results in political thought, discipline, law enforcement, and police capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the construction of peaceful Guangdong. However, there are still many problems in the new era from the perspective of strictly administering the party. In the period when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, we must profoundly understand and grasp the connotation of comprehensively and strictly administering the party in the new era, strengthen the construction of the police force according to the general requirements of the party building in the new era, and earnestly create the police force with the characteristics of being loyal to the party, serving the people, enforcing law fairly and adhering to principles strictly.
