农村小学“走教制”实施效果调查评估——以甘肃省Q县为例

Investigation and Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of “Go to School System” in Rural Primary Schools——A Case Study of Q county of Gansu Province

摘要 "走教制"是为了缓解农村地区师资短缺而采用的一种创新教学模式,以"教师巡回走教"为主要特征。以甘肃省Q县L镇为例,通过问卷调查和访谈,对"走教制"的实施效果进行了全方位的评估。结果表明,"走教制"的实施促进了农村教育的均衡发展,提高了农村教学质量,取得了较好的示范效应,但也存在一些问题,诸如忽视师生的人际交流、作用的学科范围有限、增加了教师的工作负担及带来的"走教"‘形式’与‘实质’的论争等问题,必须采取有效措施加以改进。 The"mobile teaching system"is an innovative teaching model which is used to alleviate the shortage of teachers in rural areas,with the main characteristics of"teacher moving teaching".This study takes Q County of Gansu Province as an example,It assists in the triangle mutual evidence by questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the implementation of the"mobile teaching system"to promote the balanced development of rural education,improve the teaching quality in the rural areas,has achieved good demonstration effect,but there are also some problems,such as neglecting the teacher-student interpersonal communication,role of the subject of limited scope and increase teachers’work burden and bring the"go teach","form"and"essence"of the controversy and other problems,we must take effective measures to improve.
