高校思政课青年教师胜任力及其优化对策

On Strategies to Optimize Competence of the Young Teacher of the Ideological and Political Theory Course of Colleges

思政课青年教师胜任力是指能够胜任思政课教学工作,并获得优秀绩效的青年教师所应该具备的素养和能力。思政课青年教师胜任力由理论胜任力、课堂教学胜任力、职业态度及其道德胜任力三个维度及其内含的若干具体指标组成。调查表明,目前思政课青年教师胜任力总体较好,但尚存在专业结构不尽合理、理论联系实际和课堂驾驭能力不足、职业认同度不够高等问题。造成这些问题的原因是复杂多样的,优化和提升思政课青年教师胜任力须本着"人职匹配,人事相宜"的原则,从薄弱环节入手,协同各种有效措施和渠道予以综合治理。

The competence of the young teacher of the ideological and political theory course is the qualities and abilities of the young teacher to work supremely well in teaching the ideological and political theory course.It includes competence in theory,competence in teaching,profession attitude and moral competence,and their constituents.After investigation and analysis,we found that altogether,the present state of the competence of the young teacher of the ideological and political theory course is good,but there are also several shortcomings,including:Structure of specialty is not reasonable;competences in teaching and linking theory with practice are not strong;identification with career is not high,and so on.There are many and complex reasons for these shortcomings.So We must stick to principle of P-O-Fit and start with these shortcomings to optimize competence of the young teacher of the ideological and political theory courseby collaborative work.
