摘要
按照设计要求,设计了一台含电机、曲柄摇杆机构、机架、主轴、摆动架组件等零部件的管道磨损实验机,通过磨损实验来评估管道耐磨性能。介绍了管道磨损实验机的组成部分并阐述了实验机工作原理。借助有限元分析软件ANSYS对管道磨损实验机的主轴进行了强度分析,分析表明:实验机主轴强度满足设计要求。
According to the design requirements, a pipe wear test machine with components such as motor, crank rocker mechanism, frame, spindle and swing frame assembly is designed. The wear resistance of the pipe through wear experiments is evaluated. The components of the pipe wear test machine are introduced and the working principle of test machine is explained. The strength of the spindle of the pipeline wear test machine is checked by ANSYS. The result shows that the strength of the spindle meets the design requirements.
