摘要
为解决电动车停放不合理问题,在研究机械传动的基础上,设计了电动车存取停放传输装置。该装置包括车辆存取单元、传动系统和控制单元三部分。传动系统由蜗杆带动蜗轮实现传动系统绕Z轴旋转,由齿轮齿条传动实现Z轴方向升降运动,在控制单元的控制下,车辆存取单元在传动系统的带动下将电动车运送到指定车位,实现电动车自动存取停放功能。
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable parking of electric vehicles, based on the study of mechanical transmission, this paper designs an electric vehicle access and parking transmission device, which includes three parts: vehicle access unit, transmission system and control unit. The transmission system is driven by a worm-driven turbine to rotate around the Z-axis, and a rack-and-pinion drive to realize the Z-axis movement. Under the control of the control unit, the vehicle access unit, driven by the transmission system, transports the electric vehicle to the designated parking space to realize the automatic access and parking function of the electric vehicle.
