摘要
设计了一种辅助人工采摘的小型机械装置,主要用于中小型水果的采摘,该多杆采摘器可用于各种地形,机械结构轻巧、操作简单、省力、可靠性强。该多杆采摘器较好的利用了间歇机构的间歇运动来控制滑杆摇杆机构中滑杆的位移,滑杆摇杆机构的运动带动多杆变胞机构的运动,从而控制整个执行部分的张开和闭合。多杆变胞机构保护执行部分中的连杆,克服了因平行四杆机构组成的执行部分调整性能差,而导致连杆容易折弯或折断的缺点。
A small mechanical device for assisting manual picking is designed, which is mainly used for picking small and medium-sized fruits. The multi-bar picker can be used in various terrains, with light mechanical structure,simple and labor-saving operation, and high reliability. The multi-bar picker preferably utilizes the intermittent movement of the intermittent mechanism to control the displacement of the sliding rod in the sliding rod rocker mechanism, and the movement of the sliding rod rocker mechanism drives the movement of the multi-bar changing mechanism, thereby controlling the opening and closure of the pick-up part. The multi-bar change mechanism protects the pick-up part with the connecting bar, avoiding the disadvantage that the pick-up part of the parallel four-bar mechanism is poorly adjusted to cause the connecting bar to be easily bent or broken.
