一种新型全钢屈曲支撑在不同内径宽厚比下的受力性能

摘要 提出了一种新型全钢支撑,该支撑相比传统支撑,具有重量轻、造价低、便于组装的优点,对支撑施加低周往复位移荷载,通过ABAQUS有限元软件比对了传统支撑与管中管支撑(TinT)的抗震滞回性能。比较结果显示,支撑的受压承载力提高约150%,滞回性能提高约100%。同时研究了该支撑在不同内径宽厚比下的受力性能,对支撑的位移荷载曲线、骨架曲线的分析表明,支撑在内径宽厚比为18.0~22.5时,支撑滞回性能良好,当宽厚比超过27.0时,支撑较早的出现了应力屈服现象,该新型支撑具有较好的受力性能和滞回性能。 A new type of full steel brace is proposed, which is lighter in weight, lower in cost and easier to assemble than traditional support. The seismic hysteretic behavior of traditional braced and tube braced(TinT) which is subjected to low cycle reciprocating displacement load are compared by ABAQUS finite element software. The comparison results show that the bearing capacity of the braces is increased by about 150 and the hysteretic performance is improved by about 100. At the same time, the mechanical behavior of the braces under different ratio of diameter to thickness is studied. The analysis of the displacement load curve and skeleton curve of the braces shows that the ratio of width to thickness of the brace is 18.0 ~ 22.5. At the hysteretic behavior of the brace is good. When the ratio of width to thickness is more than 27.0, the stress yield phenomenon appears earlier. The research shows that the new brace has better mechanical performance and hysteretic performance.
