我国医疗机构疼痛管理药学服务现状及工作模式调查

Investigation on current situation and work mode of specialty pharmacists in pain management in China

目的:通过对我国医疗机构疼痛管理药学服务的现状开展调查,对疼痛管理药学服务的临床药师的培养提供合理化建议。方法:采用调查问卷的方式,对疼痛管理药学服务的基本情况、日常工作内容和模式等内容进行分析。结果:在所有被调查的40家医疗机构中,有28家开展疼痛管理药学服务。疼痛管理药学服务的临床药师的配备情况和日常工作内容还未完全符合有关规定。结论:目前我国疼痛管理药学服务的临床药师的数量仍不能满足临床需要,疼痛管理药学服务的临床药师的工作模式还需进一步完善。

ObjectiveBased on the investigation on current situation of specialty pharmacists in pain management,providing suitable advices for the training of pain clinical pharmacists. MethodsQuestionnaire was used in this study to evaluate the basic situation and working mode of specialty pharmacists in pain management.ResultsOf the 40 medical institutions surveyed,28 developed specialty pharmacists in pain management.The number of clinical pharmacist suffices and the daily services provided by them have not fully complied with the relevant regulations.ConclusionThe number of specialty pharmacists in pain management was still not sufficient for clinical needs and the work mode of specialty pharmacists in pain management also needs further improvement.
