Pharmaceutical care for one patient with pancreatic cancer and deep venous thrombosis treated with the combination of Chinese and western medicines

药学监护是临床药师参与临床药物治疗工作的重要内容,本文以1例胰腺癌并发深静脉血栓的病例分析为切入点,探讨中药临床药师在肿瘤内科开展临床药学的切入点及药学监护方法。临床药师通过分析患者用药合理性、协助医生制定合理治疗方案,对患者实施了全面的药学监护,为保障患者用药安全、有效发挥了积极作用。

Pharmaceutical care is an important part of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical drug treatment.Based on the analysis of a case of pancreatic cancer complicated with deep venous thrombosis,this article discussed the breakthrough point and pharmaceutical care methods of clinical pharmacists of Traditional Chinese Medicine in oncology department.By analyzing the rationality of medication,clinical pharmacists assisted doctors in formulating rational treatment plans,and implemented comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients,which played an active role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of patients＇ medication.
