摘要
润滑油基础油的历史发展过程离不开技术进步和制造业水平的提升,明晰合成油的科学定义概念,对车用低黏度聚α-烯烃(polyalphaolefins,PAO)基础油的高黏度指数、低倾点等性质和特点进行说明,对车用PAO合成路线和国内外需求量进行分析预测,结合国际润滑油标准化及批准委员会(ILSAC)GF-6 (API为SN-Plus)的即将推出和国家相关产业政策陆续出台,精细化工行业整体生产技术水平的提高,加之国家精密机械制造水平的不断进步,用户素养的不断提高和理念的转变,以及对长周期换油的需求,国内车用PAO基础油需求量将不断增加。
The historical development process of lube base oil is dependent on the technology progress and manufacturing level of ascension,and clear synthetic oil scientific definition of the concept,illustrating the character of high viscosity index and low pour point for low-viscosity polyalphaolefins(PAO)base oil for Motor oils,the synthetic route of automotive PAO and demand forecast at home and abroad,combined with the international standardization of lubricant and approval committee(ILSAC)will be launch GF-6 and the national related industry policies,the whole fine chemical industry is improving in production technology,add the precision manufacturing are progressing,the improvement of quality of the user,the transition of the idea,the demand of user for a long oil change period of time,overall,the future will be prompted automotive PAO base stocks demand is increasing.
